I hope you are doing well. I hope the recent batch of content shared
with you was fine. In case you need more research work added to these
files, please let me know.

Also, as discussed earlier, we are keen to discuss the rice sourcing
from Pakistan and the video documenting process with you. I have
discussed the option of exporting rice with Khalid Rice Mill (2/4 Shan
Arcade, Civic Center, New Garden Town, Lahore, Pakistan) with their
director Mr. Javaid Anwar. They have also shown interest in
collaboration after the details are finalized. As discussed, the
informal proposal for this collaboration between your esteemed company
and Content CreatorZ (AKA CCZDigital) is being shared here.

-Once we finalize this deal, my team will reach out to the rice mills in
Pakistan including Taj Foods, Khalid Rice Mill, and others to source the
best quality and best price rice for your company. We have already
worked with two of rice producing companies, so it will be easier to

Generating leads with other companies will take more time.

-Along with that, we are available for video documentation of your
facility and the rice processes to present your case to your current
clientele and your future target consumers. This part of the project can
be done in more than one way. You can have one long video documentary to
show how you are sourcing your rice. Major part of this can be shot in
the rice fields in Pakistan. If, however, you will prefer these videos
to be introductory/informative and in parts about the whole process,
that can also be done. My team is equipped to carry out animations too.
This is to answer your esteemed colleague's concern. We are in a
position to deliver this series of video documentation from start to
end. We will suggest that we agree on some milestones of payment and
production, so that we only move on to the next milestones once the
previous ones are approved by your company's board of directors (or any
other decision making authority as assigned by you). There will be one
lump sum budget for this project. We can decide the total length of
output in minutes, and the number of parts you want it to be in. The
cost of reaching out to prospective suppliers, and getting confirmation
on their certifications and market standing will be separate from this.

-Also, we discussed video consumption trends on social media too. Yes,
most of the companies these days utilize customer testimonials,
informative videos, and marketing/branding videos in the form of
instagram videos, instagram reels, facebook videos and reels, and
YouTube content. The video content creation for your project is possible
from Pakistan as you plan to source the rice from here. This is a
project that can be done for a reasonable monthly retainer. Production
is costly, but if we plan ahead of time, we can save money by shooting
in bulk. As per my understanding, this has to be a long term project? We
will assist you in launching the social media campaigns, and will
provide all analytics output too.

-Finally, the rice sowing season in Pakistan is about to start. The
parts of the process you need to be shot in the field, which has to be
done in Mid August and September. The reaping times are in October and
November. We will need permissions from the mill and field owners, so
the process will be long. The sooner this is started, the better. The
cost of production again depends on the parts that you decide to shoot.

-Also, we are available to work for your frozen food project too. My
team in Lahore can assist you in finding the right suppliers and the
video documentation and social content for sharing can also be developed
for that project too.

-What is the expected duration of this project?
-How and when do we sign an official contract?
-As the production projects are costlier than research and writing, we
need to agree on the payment terms for this specific project. How much
advance will you be willing to pay for the video production?
